Obtained a PhD at the Law Faculty of the University in Belgrade on thesis “Federalism in constitutional order of Bosna and Herzegovina”. Since 2011, he serves as Vice Dean for Scientific-Research Work, and since 2015, he is member of Senate of University in East Sarajevo. He has publishes two monographies, one textbook and 71 expert and scientific papers. He is editor of leftist magazine Novi plamen.
