Born in Trebinje. He graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of Montenegro. Serbian politician, journalist and professor of history and geography. Member of the National Assembly of the Republika Srpska. He published his first texts and columns in 2006 in Glas Hercegovine, and in 2007 he started working as a television journalist, first on RTRS, and then on BN Television. He gained popularity working as a journalist and correspondent from Herzegovina. At the beginning of 2011, he started his blog and author’s show “Aktuelno sa Vukanu” on Korona Radio. Since 2015, he has been working as an advisor in the Cabinet of the Chairman of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, Mladen Bosić. He led the electoral list in the local elections in Trebinje in 2020, while the list won 4 seats in the Trebinje City Assembly.
